[RFC] [VOTE] ldap_modify_batch

Happy New Year!

I have just opened voting for my ldap_modify_batch proposal [1], which
adds a low-level "specify the changes explicitly" modification
function to LDAP. This is useful for e.g. changing passwords on some
directory systems.

Voting is open until 2014-01-16 -- I have chosen a two-week voting
period to account for people on New Year's vacations.

Not sure why (site bug or wrong tag in the rfc) but I can't choose yes or
no but simply vote. My vote is then listed. I use android's chrome.
I suspect the tags as it worked for precious RFCs.

I looked at one of the running votes and tried matching the options on
my vote. Does it work now?
