Fixed bug #71860 (Invalid memory write in phar on filename with \0 in name).
The patch is merge to 5.6 and 7.0 branch, but it is not mentioned in
5.6.20 ChangeLog (7.0.5 ChangeLog has) NEWS file needs update also.
