Evening internals,
In light of the problems that we are experiencing with email delivery at
the moment, we request that all RFC discussions are placed on hold:
* anything that is in discussion phase may continue to be discussed,
discounting the period from 1st January until further notice.
* anything that is in voting will have to be restarted when our
communication problems are resolved.
An announcement will be made when communications are back to normal.
