JS error on PR tool

Hi,

I'm getting a JS error that's preventing this page from loading completely:
https://qa.php.net/pulls/

The error is:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'msie' of undefined
(jquery.ba-bbq.min.js:18)

Is anyone able to take a look at this?
