Warning Internal error: wrong size calculation

after upgrade the first production server from 7.0.22 to 7.1.8 i have seen that error twice, likely every time after upgrade said file is this a known (probably even fixed in trunk) issue in 7.1.x and if not am i right that this come from opcache?
