Hi,

The PHP development team announces the immediate availability of PHP 7.0.26. Several bugs have been fixed. All PHP 7.0 users are encouraged to upgrade to this version.

Is this the last PHP 7.0 release with bug fixes (active support for PHP
7.0 ends on December 3 per http://php.net/supported-versions.php) or will
PHP 7.0.27 be the last PHP 7.0 release with bug fixes?

7.0.27 is planned as the last release with the active support. Some patches sit there to be released with this version.

Not yet. It's being discussed right now in the RMs round also with conjunction to the 7.2 release schedule. I'll communicate it in the 7.0.27RC1 announcement on 7th, as it should stand then for sure.
