Re: include/require b0rked in HEAD

I'm on a short vacation right now. Can you try and take a look (maybe with the help of Wez who knows this code quite well) and see what the problem is. I definitely tested it a few months ago when I wrote this patch (it fixes include_once()/require_once() on Windows). I suspect it's just something small which is breaking things.
