We've just branched out the `PHP-8.2` branch :
https://github.com/php/php-src/tree/PHP-8.2
With that, `master` is now open for PHP 8.3 development :
Please remember to include the `PHP-8.2` branch in all merges
from `PHP-8.1` and earlier and commit all the changes from the `PHP-8.2`
branch to `master`.
