rsync niggle

OK - I have rsync working on Windows ( no need for full cygwin and I'll publish the links later ) It runs as far as manual/tr/figures and then fails:- rsync: read error: Connection reset by peer. rsync error: error in rsync protocol data stream (code 12) at io.c(151) Since the next directory would be 'tw' is this a character set problem, or am I missing something else. I think I can ignore the tw directories anyway, but an explanation from someone in the know would help my learning curve :)
