Can someone please post when it's safe to start checking my
bugs.php.net folder again? Asshole spammers.

I blocked the IP, removed all the spam comments and sent an abuse to
ev1.net (the IP belonged to them). Until I hear from them apache on the
bugs.php.net server will be down.
