[PATCH] Some missing source files in Zend makefile

This patch fixes two things: * zend_object_API.c has been renamed to zend_objects_API.c * zend_mm.c has been added and is needed to compile an application using the Zend Engine. Also, I have one related question: how come we say noinst_LTLIBRARIES instead of lib_LTLIBRARIES? Wouldn't it be good if it was really easy to install the Zend engine system-wide, including the .so and .h files and so on? I'll gladly write the patch if you want it.
