This is the fourth and really the final release candidate
of the upcoming maintenance release of PHP 4.3.2.

Please download and test it as much as possible on real-life
applications to uncover any remaining issues.

Is anyone able to get through and download this? I'm not having any
luck from my location. Is there a mirror anywhere?

The server is maxing out its bandwidth cap right now (it is
the peak usage time of the day).
