I am in a bit of time trouble and I unfortunately do not have the same
routine in testing patches (something I really need to setup). But I
promised Ilia to get the following patch tested:

If someone could test it out with PostgreSQL 8.0.8 or 8.1.4 I would
really appreciate it. Anyways I am hopeful that I will manage to get it
tested sometime tonight. But I just want to make sure that this patch
makes it into 5.2, because its an important security improvement for
PostgreSQL users.
