Can not log in to CVS Server.(Account: kouichi66)

Hi, I can not log in to CVS Server.(Account: kouichi66) I don't understand what is bad. The fact that I implemented: - Request Account. *from url http://jp.php.net/cvs-php.php - Get karma. *ref:http://cvs.php.net/viewvc.cgi/CVSROOT/avail?r1=1.1194&r2=1.1195 - Setting ~/.cvsrc cvs -z3 update -d -P checkout -P diff -u - Execute command. cvs -d:pserver:kouichi66@cvs.php.net:/repository login *Error Massage Fatal error, aborting. kouichi66: no such user - Change Password. *from url http://master.php.net/forgot.php I did all ways which I think of. However, the problem could not be solved. Anyhow, help me.
