Requesting: phpdoc
I'd like to help maintain the documentation, I've been working with a few people on IRC to get some pointers, and avoid making rookie mistakes (spelling errors, one too many spaces, tabs, etc.).
Philip suggested I request an account. Sean mocked me a bit.
