Unable to compile PHP6 with pgsql

I am unable to compile PHP6 with "--with-pgsql" on OpenSUSE 10.3. Patch committed, please try now (I don't have/use Postgres, so I can't test it myself..).

The incompatible pointer type messages are expected since ext/pgsql is not (yet) updated to support Unicode. And looking at the pgsql maintainers activity, I wouldn't expect any changes in the nearest future. Want to give them a hand?
