Am I missing something, or does the /extra/win32build.zip archive is
missing some files?
With PHP5, libxml is enabled by default, but the build system is missing
libxml.lib and a bunch of includes. It also needs iconv.lib/iconv.h
Checked on CVS, the file hasn't been updated for a while. Should I open
a bug?
